Pastor Jéan Ward
Pastor Jéan is married to Latoya and is a proud father of one daughter, Jael. He is currently the beloved Church Planter and Pastor of East Atlanta Church, President of the Georgia African American Fellowship as well as an active member of several ministerial and community organizations: Southwest Atlanta Baptist Association (SABA) – serves as the associations Area Mission Director for DeKalb and Gwinnett counties. UrbanAtlanta Church Planter (UACP) – certified Church Planter Director who assists in training new church planter in the church planting process. DeKalb County Delegate. Voter Empowerment Collaborative (VEC) - participating in a pilgrimage to Selma, Alabama to deal with the youth and young adults as well as assisting several pastors from around the city dealing with relationship with God and voter’s education. VEC helps to build relationships with upcoming politicians. Concerned Black Clergy community activist working closely with activist such as Able Mable Thomas as well as state and local jurisdictions with city councilpersons and mayors. Real talk with Pastor Ward TV show reaching out to the community, hearing what the people want, and letting them have a voice. Then reaching them through common dialect and a forum where they’re not so judge yet they’re heard.
